If a casino is charging a processing fee, then post the casino name. It's part of their payout process which should be posted on their website and would obviously be public information.

Why the mystery? Do you think it only applies to you?

People should vote with their feet and stay away from this casino to show them these fees are simply unacceptable.

If it cannot afford to absorb processor fees it should not be in business. Very poor long term commercial judgement on its part.

I certaintly won't play there now.

Thumbs down Things that make you go Hmmm

Okay this is the response i got you shouldnt have to pay any fees for ewalet, yes its 4 free but it should be unlimited like all casinos not a good thing to do when your just starting up.

    Hi Warren,

I have arranged for you to get 4 withdrawals free of charge monthly. Your current withdrawal was already processed but going forward you will be given 4 free a month.

    Have a great Monday!

    Elka

Sorry Warren. There is no retroactive credit for your fees paid. If you are not happy with Lock Casino you have the decision to play somewhere that you are happy with.

Please do not send demands to me as I have been nothing but helpful and respectful and I deserve the same treatment. Elka

FYI have had 4 withdrawals paid the fee thats 100.00 now there telling me after the fact they took my money offering 4 free??

We know exactly how important our reputation is. This is why we have excellent customer service, lightening speed payouts, great tech support, amazing design, highest RTP%, and very clear Terms and Conditions. You will find it very hard to find another Lock in this industry. We will be the very best in a very short period of time.

    Have a great week.

I made my 1st WD here and was also surprised about the $25 fee. (I used ewalletxpress) I'm a small depositer and they have great bonuses, but geeez! recently signed up for a QT acct. no charge I believe.

Lock Casino - Fees for withdrawals

    Hi Everyone,

My name is Elka and I am the VP of operations at Lock Casino. I have read through this entire thread and I wanted to respond in a public way. When Lock launched one of the mandates was to pay the player as quickly as we possibly could. One of the areas that we built out was the payments team. We have several security and ecomm people available and waiting 24/7 to verify documents and submit withdrawals. We wanted to change the way that casinos treated players when they won and not lose all their winnings due to a slow process.

Just to clarify these fees are not charged to our regular players or our VIPs and all ewallets do charge us as an operator for each and every withdrawal.

I have taken this thread to our Executive group for review and I will update this thread with if and how the fees will be restructured.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to send me a PM.

    Thanks

    Elka

I have to say it is nice to see that Elka is not just coming here to blather on about policy and placate, but actually taking some action and addressing the issue. Hopefully it will help the OP, or others from here onwards.

I think that the principle behind the policy is fine but $25 is extortionate.
If you are suggesting that the charge is so high to pay for extra staffing that provides quick payouts to make customers happy it is a bit self defeating.

Why not give customers the choice of paying a fee for quick processing say 10% up to a max of $5?

If a casino charged me $25 to send my winnings to Neteller, I would uninstall the casino. In my case the casino would have shot them self in the foot because I'm a high roller.

Yes they do, but how many peeps make a withdrawal each an every time they play? Besides Lock Casino should be in a position to self absorb these fees.

Point in question. If I time my cash-outs at 32Red I'm paid to Neteller within 5 hours. And that's with ZERO fees.

The only online casinos I've know to charge withdrawal fees to web-wallets are rogue casinos. I'm sure the upper echelon of Lock Casino wouldn't want peeps to think they are like these clip joints.

    Cheers

    Dave

No problem Elka and thank you for coming here and posting . I, myself will not be playing your casino until that policy changes .
