Something strange and hopefully not worrying going on at AllStarSlots. Ive emailed Sam (manager) twice now and received no reply. I no longer receive promotional mailers which were sent out mid week and every weekend without fail, and most alarmingly off all, their monthly tournament which i enjoyed participating in has completely dissapeared!

Your joking! When did this occur? I knew they had opened a new casino but not heard anything about them buying out allstarslots Ok situation explained if thats the case. I know understand why their great tournament and their great offers and their great personal touch in terms of looking after their players has gone.

What I would like to know, and maybe the CW rep could provide an answer, is why the promos being sent out for ASS (love that abbreviation...) have 25xD+B instead of the 20xD+B that CW use? Surely if they are all under the same stable now the WR will be uniform? Why keep the old WR from ASS??

If CW is serious about looking after former ASS players they should reduce the WR to match that of other CW casinos IMO

i think all CW casinos have 25xD+B and less then 100% non-cashable for a while already

It might be right, but the website terms still state 20xDB in the general promo terms....??

Most of the promotional e-mails I get state a 25X (D+B) term in the bottom of the e-mails. I'm thinking they've decided 20x was too easy?
Anyways... most of the bonuses I'm getting are 40 and 60% bonuses. Even though I will say the freebies have gotten a bit looser lately.
The only thing I find extremely odd is 2 things. One the freebies seem to be consistently allowing for a 10X cashout and 10X playthrough. Which is great, but it seems like to me. That they'd rather you win on the freebie so they can throttle your cashout over winning on your own money. Seems a bit much don't it? Plus as of recent I can't seem to get much play out of them anyways. I put in anywhere from 20 to 50 this weekend on 4 different occasions. Do you think I could even get close to cashing out?
Has this whole visa and mastercard ordeal really hurt them to the point of not allowing playtime anymore? I'm just curious.
