One thing that you can do to avoid having to make many deposits over the long haul is to play at casino groups that allow you to transfer funds between their various casinos. Groups such as the English Harbour Group(now 7 casinos) and the Fortune Lounge Group(not accepting new US players but will let you add casinos if you are already a member of one of their casinos).
I have found that over time you usually build up a substantial amount in one and then sometimes bomb out to zero at another.Transferring funds from casino A to casino B in the group costs nothing thus saving EWALLET like fees for making a new deposit.

Unfortunately, there is a mental block with many operators, and they will NOT let you take a promotion with a transfer, but WILL if you withdraw, and immediately redeposit - even though this costs the operator fees, and does NOT stop the player taking the promotion, where they have just the same chance of winning as they would had they been allowed to take it on a transfer.
Where players are finding it hard to deposit because of banking restrictions, this takes their withdrawal out of circulation, and the casino CANNOT win it back.
