    Vegas Regal losing focus?

Don't know if its just me....but I have noticed that I haven't gotten any decent promos in the cashier in awhile. They used to put them out a couple of times a week, but not anymore. I am an overall loser at this casino so im sure im not bonus banned or anything....and I didn't think Vegas Regal did that anyway.

Of course I tried to find out via NJ, but he doesn't respond to PM's anymore either.....sent one 2 days, and one 2 weeks ago, and he hasn't been bothered to reply to either, even though he has been on numerous times since. And there is usually a 50/50 shot of getting a reply via email.

Well this was the only Rival I bothered with....guess its time to say goodbye to this crappy software provider for good. Someone let me know when support for any of these casinos gets a clue.

EDIT: You know what is REALLY annoying? Why is it EVERY time I got to live chat for ANY Rival casino, as soon as I ask my question, they ask me for my username and email address?? You have to enter this information in before the live chat starts, so why do they ask again? Im talking EVERY SINGLE TIME!?

I haven't been with them that long but the offers are pretty dry.

It's funny you mention the username/email question. I was thinking what's the point of entering it if they ask every time? I also like when the reps ask which casino I'm asking about when I mention it right off.

I just got to the point of asking my question, then typing my username/email before they ask. Usually confuses them for a minute though...

    Hi funeral979,

First let me reiterate the apology I sent you via PM, I've been dealing with processing and other issues lately which have kept me away from the forum for a few days. I admit I did see this PM and I should have atleast acknowledged that I received it. I apologize that I didn't do so. I did apply a special free chip as an apology, I hope you got it!

Next, about your suggestion for new bonuses, we do not plan on changing our focus. We plan on being known as a very generous casino. I know we had a slow start to the month in terms of promotions, but that is not a sign up change, just a short 1 week period where we did not issue free chips. But it didn't last, since today we issued several new promotions and will be putting out plenty more bonuses, free chips and contests this month and in future months too.

And last about the support procedures, I agree, this has to, and will be, changed. I'm sorry you were frustrated, we promise to improve.

    Kind Regards,
    Nicolas Johnson

Yes I got your PM Nicolas, thank your for that

I am still curious to know why anytime you start up a live chat at any Rival casino, you are prompted to key in your username and password....and then, without fail, as soon as you ask your question, the support rep asks again for this info? Its a small gripe I know, but I cringe everytime they ask me and ive already entered the information.

This is very annoying. RTG live chat prompts this sort of info but the support never ask for this again so why cant Rival just emulate them?

I agree with the poster Vegas Regal's bonus promotions are ptretty poor.

If you don't mind slow payments (2 to 5 days) I find Royal Apollo have the best bonuses. They seem to have a 100% 25x D&B bonus for non credit card transactions which you can keep using.

Lion Slots and Fotune Reel seem to have good constant bonuses too. I would not judge all Rivals on Vegas Regal.
