    the problem is that i gambled everything away...I am even more pissed about myself, than the lack of customer-service...or both

    Hi there,

    "flushing your account" means if you do happen to have a good win and you submit a withdrawal, you can ask customer support to "flush the withdrawal which means they will take it off the cancel withdrawal section so you dont have any temptations to touch it and gamble the money away.

    Basically, they remove your winnings so you cannot play with them anymore and process the withdrawal on there normal pays days.

    Well - it is working for most of the accr. casinos. but in this case....only for a few persons. and if you like me - if they don`t flush it - the winning "SCREAMS" at you "TRY IT TRY IT!!"

    Smile Thanks La Vida!

    I would like to share my experience. I received a cd from them with free chips offer. Usually i don't bother but after seeing La Vida on accredited list i decided to give them a try. Had some fun and was able to cashout (max allowed). Promptly received my money this morning after the 24h "reversable" ended, what is cool with me. No questions, no faxbacks, no BS.

    On a different note - i played mostly flush slots because of the slow reels on downloadable casino. I wish MG could do something about it, playtech slots are heavy loaded with graphics too but work great on my computer. I am not buying a new putter just to play MG.
    Who took my money ??
