VC Casino Question?

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but I don't think I'm allowed to start a new one.

Anyone else having problems transferring money to the VC casino? Every time I click the "transfer" button the cashier just opens prompting me to deposit (I've already got funds in the sportsbook).

I've emailed support, but I just got an autoresponse saying they'll get back to me in three days...

Yes you can - its ok - in fact better as the other one was old and talked about VC being Chartwell when it's now on the better (IMO Net Ent software.

So nobody else is having problems transferring money between wallets at Victor Chandler? The reply I got from support was useless - completely misunderstanding my question.

Support tells me that there should be a "transfer" tab in the cashier but it's just not there. I also tried depositing straight into the casino but I wasn't able to do that either. I can only deposit to the sportsbook.
