Casino 33 strange kick out player

Dear Member of Casino Meister.

I have read on another forum about a player who was too lucky on slots on casino33. Casino33 payed the money and then disabled the account, stating she or he was "to lucky".

When I first read the thread I thoght it was a story of bonus and terms and conditions. But the player didn't even use bonuses.
And a rep. called Barry from casino33 sent a message stated that "Even in Vegas if you keep hitting a casino everytime you visit don't get shocked if they ask you not to come back anymore."

And the rep Barry also stated that there was no cheating, the player just had a good streak.

The behaviour of casino33 is irrelevant and unproffesional.

Why should a casino really bother about who wins the money? The casino business is built on house edge. Some percent of evey wagered coin goes to the casino. It is bulit in the software/game.
As we all say, the casino wins IN THE LONG RUN.

Well, if the casino can't deal with winners in SHORT RUN, there must be more problems than a lucky player in my point of view.

The solution for lucky players from casino 33 was that the player was welcome again to the casino, but bound to take bonuses on every future deposit with terms. Here was his suggestion:

"I would gladly take the player back on these terms.
20% bonus and 10x playthrough on all deposits made in the future"

Sounds nice to play at this casino, doesn't it?
I just wanted to inform you all of this.

Personally I will void this casino for ever!

WOW Its getting worse each time you read these posts on some casinos,i know about being bonus banned but to be made to take a bonus to play at their casino, unfrigging real imo, almost makes you want to quit playing online or avoid places such as this................laurie

Has anybody had their accounts locked due to winning too much on slots at an online casino? This recently happened to me at a newer RTG casino. I made three separate deposits with them all in excess of $400. I didn't take any bonuses and played their Real series slots. Avg bet size was $4-5 per spin.

Over multiple sessions I won including a random jackpot hit. This casino did pay winnings weekly, but recently i received information from them that they disabled account because "I was too good for them". I don't know how anybody can be too good in slots, just lucky. They even said the software confirmed that i was just lucky.

I think this casino has cashflow problems and that's why they did this. what constitutes "winning too much" because i know they would never lock me out for losing too much.

Just wanted some opinions of this.

This player has deposited on various occasions and is yet to have a losing session.

As casino manager it is always my choice to decide if I want a player to play or not.

She is not the definition of a recreational player.

I paid her on time for all her winnings and then asked her politely not to play anymore.

If I had a guaranteed method of winning on slots, i'd be retired by now. That's really funny because we all know it's the hardest thing to win or land based or online. That's what i said to the casino manager over there. The RTG slots are really tight these days so they probably don't expect anyone to get lucky sometimes.

I really believe it's a cashflow problem for them. The one thing that really bothers me is that they congratulate you on your winnings and seemed legitamately happy people were doing well there and then they go and do this.

By the way, one of the deposits made was lost in it's entirety so the statement the casino manager made was not true. Also, what is the definition of a "recreation player'? Is it someone who bets 40 cents to $1.00 per spin? Need further clarification.

The player in question had a very good lucky streak, on just about ever deposit. We understand that the player did not cheat, but was just very lucky.

In the sports book business if a player starts to win too much they are sent packing, not because they cheated in anyway but because they are considerd sharp! In this case eventhough it was slots we look at this play as a sharp player.

I really want to know what is your secret to hitting the RSVL?

I thought my post went though yesterday, but I guess it did not.
The player in question was just really really lucky. It is not uncommon for casinos to ask players not to play with them, but it is mostly on table games which have more skill involved in the play.
I would love to have the player back but they must play with a small bonus attached to the deposit. If she would please email me I will give her the T&C's. I know it sounds strange but she is just to good to play with out some type of play through.
If I may ask a question.

First of all, I usually lose at all RTG casinos. So, when I finally did get lucky somewhere, my account was disabled. I don't feel I should have to take a bonus anywhere if I don't want to. I was telling this story to another RTG casino manager over the phone and he said to me "we would never lock you out for winning" because it's part of gambling....win or lose.

I too have read alot of negative posts about Casino33.com lately and don't even feel comfortable about the stability of this casino at this point. My suspicions about cashflow problems appeared to be right on target.

While I enjoyed my time there, I don't appreciate the way I was treated and really can't trust this casino anymore.
