    Rival Casino Cashout Processing

    Hi all!

I have been playing many Rival Casino's the last few months. I see that cash outs take between 2-5 business days. Most of my cash outs have been within 2-3 until recently. It seems that most Rival Casinos are sticking to their 2-5 business days. This term means that if you are lucky enough to cash out they will make you wait until the last possible minute on the 5th day to pay you even if you deposited and requested a withdrawal via a ewallet.

Is it just me or is this totally ludicrous? I had a problem with Vanguard waiting until the very end of business day 5 to pay me so I just deleted them off my computer. Now I get the same story from Tropica (they paid fast in the past). I guess I should give Rival a break since that group causes more headaches than fun. Am I being unrealistic to expect a cashout less than $500 to an ewallet to be paid faster than this?

Online casinos are sure losing their allure for me pretty fast! I can only count on Allstar Slots, Intertops, Jackpot Capital and Casino Titan all RTG casinos where payment is made within 48 hours tops and that is including weekends. I am not even going to mention 3Dice who process payments faster than the speed of light. Do the other casinos know that this foolishness regarding withdrwals will lose them loyal customers? I think not.

I am recently waiting for a withdrawal from Vegas Regal, and it hasn't been processed yet for 6 businness days now, however the promised time fame is 2-5 business days. It is just for $50.

Well being that some of the casinos listed here are some of the newer ones that recently came into the market. With the recent issue with mastercard coming in and shutting down some of the main processors. I'm going to guess that everyone is hurting financially for the very reason that they may be out thousands if not millions of dollars for the month of January. So I'd be patient and possibly PM the reps here for all these casinos. I know I'm going to be patient for Vegas Regal just because I've only waited so far one full business day and going on my 2nd. Minus the weekend I waited of course. So anyways, just be patient.

Well, this may be a reason, and asking for patience on this basis is rightful. However if anyone goes impatient because of this, that person I totally understand. If there are difficulties with processing withdrawals, the casino should send a letter and apologize for the delay, and not just sitting in silence, pretending nothing special is happening, just some occasional error. This is the way to guarantee players will remain calm. If they miss this, it is not a surprise some players will go mad. Being uninformative when an error happens is not a customer friendly way.

PM the Rep did nothing to speed up the process in the past. I cashed out on Wednesday Feb 3rd and I was told not to expect payment to my ewallet until the end of the 5th day so I guess I might see the money on Thursday.
I did contact Tropica live support and asked them if the sudden making the player wait is due to the Credit Card issue (even when I deposited via ewallet) and the rep had no idea what I was taking about. I can understand if the whole MC fiasco is causing everybody problems but Rival powered casinos seem to be processing withdrawls at the end of the 5th business day for the last couple of weeks.
The whole thing just gives me a headache. I guess I will be unistalling Tropica. Pity because I did like that casino.

Thank you Bencuri, a little bit of truth goes a long way. I would have no problem in waiting if the casino is upfront with me but they are not. CS just kept repeating that it takes 2-5 business days meaning good luck in getting my cashout before the end of the last day. I am more likley to re-deposit in a casino where I am told the truth and not given the runaround. Geeez gaming should be more fun than this!

    Hi osulle,

contacting live support is mostly not really useful, because the Rival casinos share the same support team which will give you the same standard answers in chat. Twice I waited for a cashout from Tropica and after having contacted their rep here in casinomeister I received an answer right away and the due money was in my moneybookers account within less than one hour both times, and that was on the second business day, because their terms include cashouts within 2 business days.

    Cheers Balky

Hi Balky, I just had a conversation with live chat that makes my blood boil. Now they tell me that the cash out takes 2-5 business days after approval and they did not approve my withdrawal until Friday last 2 days after I requested the cash out. So now, they tell me that payment will be made at the latest next Monday February 15 so that is a total of 12 days (7 business days) after my cash out request. I wouldn't mind but my deposit was made via Quick Tender and I am requesting my withdrawal by the same method and my account has been verified with this casino since December. I contacted the Tropica Rep here but I have no idea what good that will do since I see they have not been on the forum for quite some time.

These Rival casinos should give lessons on how to run off paying customers. I got rid of Vanguard because they started to enforce the 5-day rule without any explanation. I know I have said this before but from now on, if I want to play Rival I will pick Slotocash or Ruby Royal.

Thanks for the pep talk Balky, you calmed me down. Now if only Rival live support could learn from you!

Dont be mad Osulle. I recall being given the same explanation by a Rival when I didnt get paid after 5 working days. Couldnt remember which one it was though. The only plausible reason for a max of 5 working days for withdrawals is that the processor only handles them on a designated day of a week eg Mondays. However, it seems that the Rivals are using this as an excuse to pay you on the last possible date regardless of which day you initiated your withdrawal.

To me, this is a sign that they fear cashflow problems and a gap of 4-5 days does wonders especially when an influx of fresh deposits arrive. I am pretty sure that many Rivals are still underfunded and therefore stick to this so-called policy. They know this will alienate the players but carry on with it regardless.

Any casino that takes more than 48 hours to release your withdrawal just doesnt give a toss about you as a customer.

    Its as simple as that.
