ok i had to post this as this has never happened to me - and i been playing a long time at online casino specially rtg.

i was playing hidden riches at 50 cents and i hit 4 scatters (u know the one with a wheel that has times bet around it) so the first thing i got was play again so now i have 2 chances to get a symbol - the first one was 15x the second was 100x so i won 57.50 but all of the sudden game frooze could not get out of it waited like 10 min until i decided maybe a glich let me log out and back in - after doing soi noticed my money was the same no bonus was added so i go back into hidden riches thinking if i spin it it will give me same 4 scatters and do it all over but nope i never got my bonus what so ever .

now im not accusing but think it is very strange this happened- the rep was very nice and we sent it to rtg software thing i guess but i will wait to see what happens here is the transcript

Bryan issued a warning about their financial status today, and I can confirm that there appear to be issues.

That does not mean that what you describe was the casino's fault, it could have been a disconnect error. This sort of thing can happen.

im sorry but this sort of thing does not happened ???? u get bonus and u dont receive it? basically u are out of luck because of a bonus that frooze? i know that freezing happens once in a while but i should get my bonus money no matter what.

Normally, it happens very rare. And when it happens, you get your winnnings after your logging again. I had many of crashes,random closes and bugs during my plays at the past.

But as far it happened, i was logging back in, and the win ammount of the bonus feature was already paid to my account. It's a little strange that you did not paid back your winnings after your login.

If you got a disconnection and you didn't noticed it, the bonus feature would not even start, so, it's seems a rare error.

The support was very nice as i read, and it was very generous from their side to inform you that they will have an answer the next day from RTG, since they have problems as you can read to the topic for Casino33.

It will be nice to see any progress and reports from RTG for this bug.

I agree with you tat00. When the connection drops the game has always continued where it was.

When you saw the game on your screen the server had already decided the outcome.
It`s very strange that all money are gone AND that the game doesn`t show the bonus game.

As i know the player gets paid his bonus winnings after exactly when the 3 scatters hit. The casino server already knows the result of this bonus round (that's what i've experience from random disconnections).

Please correct me if i'm wrong with this.

thanks guys for input - i am in no way saying that casino 33 is at fault - even hours later i still log in and out thinking i will get money but nothin. i will keep u guys posted of what happens

no its not a complaint or a casino issue yet i just wanted feedback from u guys first . and i will wait to see what happens. i f i dont get it i dont care its just 57 dollars i just never experienced something like this and i have played lots of slots for years

In my personal experience it is also true that the few times over the years this has happened to me, the bonus round $ was either credited, or if I picked the same slot to play it would pick up at exactly that point, such as in the middle of free spins.

But, I am not a tech person and figured my own experiences were just anecdotal, i.e. not necessarily what always happens. To be honest, I don't know enough about the tech aspects of connections to know if you could have been disconnected already while you saw the spin finish.
