    Lion Slots strange behaviour

    Hello.

Have any one have the same experience like me? I have played at Lion Slots, that is a Rival Casino, and deposited several times. Last week I have got an e-mail that congrats me to be a VIP level customer. And to celebrate that I have got 50 % bonus and flushed withdrawals and fast pay outs.

Well fast payouts is what I like. So I logged in to the account. There were no bonus, no sign ever that I had been upgraded. I contacted the live chat - that contacted the department. And I was told to wait for an e-mail when they looked into my request(?). Nothing happened. Now I have e-mailed the support twice. Nada!

And the promo e-mail ends: As your Casino Manager, I am working for you. If you need anything at all, please do not hesitate to contact me. My email address is support@lionslots.com

Have anyone have this experience? I mean, this is not what I call good customer support. Sending faked promos.

    Kind Regards
    L'arsenne

That's not strange behaviour, that's Rival behaviour. Well, most of them anyway.

You are more than likely "bonus banned", and your name is on their "list". Not sure if there is a rep here for Lion Slots. Take a look at the top of the forum, under I-Gaming Forum Reps, and go through the list.

This is quite normal for Rival. Do a search on the forum for Rival or Rival bonus, and you'll see the dozens of results you get back for problems very similar to yours.
Attn: New Members! Make sure to check out the "Casinomeister Accredited Casinos" and the "Spot The Rogue" section of the main site here before jumping into "Online Casinos" with no information or knowledge behind you!

    Lion slots "rival behaviour"

    Thank you for the answer.

Lion Slots support is totally ignorant to my questions. I have never met such bad behaviour from a casino (that is not rouge of course).
I am happy this issue not considering a withdrawal. Just a fake promotion.
Well, happy to say, all Rival Casinos don't act like Lion Slots. I regret all the money I have deposited there.

    Kind regards
    L'arsenne

Have you ever received a bonus before from them?
As you live in Sweden, I think that your country is bonusbanned as a whole, just like mine (Netherlands).
I've installed them a year a go or so, they offered a $15 free ND bonus, but all I got was the usual No Promotions Available.
For months I kept receiving Emails from them, that there was still $15 free waiting in my account, haha, NOT!!
Took me alot of mailing to stop these.
And reaching a VIP level at whatever Rival usually means less than nothing anyway..

One cashin from this casino and your bonus banned. The manager on here was removed because they decided to no longer respond to mails. I saw the rep on another site chatting that all he is concerned about is" getting players to deposit more and more without offering bonuses".
