Rival Download Problems

Can anyone shed any light on this, Im not very tech savvy Im afraid. When I was playing at a certain Rival, I went to change to so80's and it started an update, it then said corrupt file please try another game.

Went to support, they said they had had the same issue, and to delete the site, remove program files, and re download.

Did all this about 20 times I think, still get an error and can not re download the site.

I saw in another thread about a new Rival thought Id take a look at that one, cant download it either, and in any of the other Rivals any updates when I click on a particular game to the same thing

Installation failed. Contact support and give them this error number 499930043

Any help would be much appreciated

Just a wee

addition. I just tryed on another computer, and used firefox, It didnt give the error, but it has frozen at the same place in the download.

I have had the same download problem for months. I can't download any Rivals at all. Thank goodness I had Sloto downloaded before this problem started. I have done everything I can think of plus everything that anyone suggested with no luck. I get the same error message and I can assure you that contacting support is not an answer.

I also cannot download any RTG casinos from websites. Only from disks.

If anyone has any suggestions, excluding firewalls, virus protection etc., I would greatly appreciate it.

I am running Windows XP.

really interesting Annie, Im okay with RTGs, sadly its my fave Rival Ive lost, have some of the others, but they hold little to no interest to me
