    Nice Intro to Grande Vegas

    I joined Grande Vegas this week, from an affiliate site offering a $15 ND bonus. When I went to chat to claim, I was told that the offer had expired, but that they would credit me with $10 anyway.

    I received a very nice personal email from Melanie, the affiliate manager, and the rep here at CM, apologizing for expired offer, and crediting my account with a further $5.

    I didn't complain when I was told the offer was expired, nor ask that anyone review it.

    Looks like they are on the ball over there, and I justed wanted to say "Thanks Melanie".

    My experiences there have sucked. On both good sized deposits I got no play and was whacked in no time

    I had lost the first $10 I was credited with, not much play, but heck, it was only $10. You have to be very lucky to hit on that.

    When I logged into the software, there was a Message that popped up, in case I had missed the email! This was a nice feature IMO.

    Lost the second $5 as well, but at least I hit a feature and played for a few extra minutes.

    I'll have to check out the terms of the sign-up deposit bonus before deciding further, but they made a good first impression.
