question on how to request playhistory

Ok I went to ask iNetBet last night for my play history or return to player percentage. The only response I got out of them was that my RTP was 100%. Which then in my mind would mean that I'm getting to withdrawal each time I play because then that means I'm actually winning. Which I know I haven't won a single thing out of these folks since November. So my question is after 2 e-mails with this guy. First time he addressed by wrong name, the 2nd time he apologize by assured me that what he quoted was correct. How do you approach people like iNetBet to get a player history for like your last 3 deposits or even at least get a real percentage out of these folks without having some CSR. Tell me there isn't anything they can really do for you and that I've almost had 100% on every deposit made this month.

    Any suggestions would be great.

I dont know whether this helps. I asked for my paigow poker logs and they sent me a huge file with details of each and every hand played (more than 2800) which I wasnt able to read except the first 50 or so hands. They are unable to tell you the number of hands you lost/won/pushed so they recommend you do it manually (Ha!)

However, they are able to tell you the total amount wagered and the profit/loss incurred.

I'm absolutely convinced that most casino managers are outright liars. We'll never get the truth. It's a secret worth billions of dollars. To me a casino manager is a step below a used car salesman.

Is it impossible for them to sum it up?
Would take me hours to do it manually.
But, it could be their strategy to not let the player
see how much they have loosed.

I can tell you exactly what my play history is.

    I deposited, I lost.
    I deposited, I lost.
    I deposited, I lost.
    I deposited, I lost.
    I deposited, I lost.

    I'm sensing a pattern.

I asked Inetbet for a summary of my 2009 deposits and my 2009 withdrawals, got the info.

If you are looking for game by game for last three deposits, I would suggest you be specific in what info you are looking for:

Could you give me a breakdown, game by game, of my total bets, total wins, and number of spins?
If you want spin by spin, I think the correct term would be to ask for play logs.
