Cuba Club withdrawal times?

I was looking through a few old threads about Cuba Club and it looked like they sent withdrawals in a fairly reasonable time frame. Not super fast but it appeared they processed withdrawals within a few days.

Well I tried to make a withdrawal last Saturday,and would not let me initiate it as I did not have documents on file. Fine so I send them the docs and they tell me their withdrawal department doesn't work weekends. So Monday nite I try again and I still cannot enter ,my withdrawal. I shoot them another email and they tell me docs take 1-3 days to approve and I should hear something shortly...

So now its Wednesday and I go to cashier....STILL cannot execute withdrawal. Go to live chat and after a lengthy wait they tell me they need a FULL copy of my utility bill and then everything will be in order. Well I now have to explain that my name and address were FULLY visible on the bill I sent them....and if this were an issue why didn't they tell me this a few days ago? Another long wait as they check again.....and it seems as if they docs are fine after all and I can now enter my withdrawal in the cashier. Yipee

Ok great, so how long before its approved, I ask? "next week"

Really? For QT?

Is this normal for this casino? For $75?

No one here can share withdrawal experiences?

Its been 10 days now and my withdrawal is still pending. According to their website, after it is approved I have to wait another week or so for them to send me the funds.

What kind of bullshit is that? Another 2 days and this will turn into the longest withdrawal period I have ever experienced at ANY online casino in 7 years of playing online. Hell, I withdrew from Virtual 3 times and all were for over $400 and got paid between 6-9 days. Granted this was a few years ago....but anyways....these clowns cant pay $75 in same time frame?

I saw another thread about their sister site Lucky Slots and it was mentioned that they are taking around a month to pay.

Why are affiliates still promoting these sites?

Their live chat has not been working all day, no response to emails, and no one answers the phone. Nice 24 hour support!

Did you get paid? I´ve been waiting for a transfer at Lucky Slots since Feb 10th.
