It paid $2.4 and the casino has confirmed this in the report.

However, they are stating the payout is correct. Now while the amount is petty the explanation is ridiculous. The tech support is incorrect, the White Diamond feature prizes are doubled during the Blue Diamond free game feature, and always have been.
It's strange that the game would suddenly develop a problem, so I'd like to verify the bet and White Diamond prizes displayed before enquiring at a more senior level.
