I was wondering if anyone knows if the winnings left over from a max cashout still go towards the casino payout percentage?

Interesting question. It has to be a lot of ways to cheat the payout percentage with all non cashable bonuses etc.

Whats even worse is people posting screenshots of their wins they will never get. Why provide free advertising for the casino when you hit thousands and can only cashout $50. I myself dont post any screenshots until i make playthrough and can cashout the whole amount.
Payout percentage is simply the amount returned by the game(s) divided by the amount staked on them.
Where the money came from, either bonuses or player funds, is not a factor.
If you play at a 100% payout casino (such as Betfair zero), your expected win is zero, because you won't get any bonuses. But if you play at a 95% payout casino and get generous bonuses, it's possible for you to have an expected win.
