Question Roulette RNG ¿quick or slow game?

    Hi all,

I have a question in my mind since a long time about the electronic roulette in online casinoes.

You possibly know all that there are two possibility to play the roulette, the slow game, where you see the ball turning, and the fast game, where you see the number showing off (in my mind, playtech roulette).

I understand that the fast game is pure Rng (random number), but in the slow game, ¿does the ball falls in any pre-set random number (coming from the rng routine of the soft), or is it the ball who's managing the randomity of the number, like if it was true roulette?

Thank you for reading the question. If you do not understand it, please, apologise, as the queen's language is not my native language.

    Regards all

I'm pretty sure that these electronic roulette machines behave just the same as slot machines - the outcome is determined as soon as you press the spin button. The ball spinning around the wheel in those games is just 'eye candy'.

Hiya: Winbig is exactly right. The Ball & Wheel mean nothing, it just shows you what the RNG has already chosen when you hit the, "spin" button. This is why some graphics are not very good, or you see the ball land on the 1, and kind of Hop into the 0.

At 3 dice, a lot of the times you will hear, "32 red", before the ball actually landed on the #32. This is why some styles of play in a real Casino, have no merit when trying to use them in an on line casino. There is No ball, and No wheel, and No dealer.
