    Vanguard slow payout times!

Hi, I have been playing at Vanguard for some time. Last Monday I actually managed a small cashout and request payment via quicktender. This was noon on Monday. It is now Friday and no money in my account so I contact live chat which for the most part is a waste of time with most Rival casinos. Of course this assessment was proved to be correct.

It is now Friday and no payment to my Quicktender account so I contact live support and what a joke that was. I was told it takes betwen 2 to 5 business days to get paid and by golly Vanguard is sticking by this. Customer will be paid on the 5th day and not a moment too soon. To me this is unacceptable since Sloto pays within two days and other non accredited Rivals have paid me within 3 days.

Am I being silly to expect payment a little faster than this? According to the response I got from cs it takes 2-5 business days not including weekends and by golly don't expect payment until the 5th business day cause if you do you are out of luck. I have now excerised my right and uninstalled this casino and will never play again in the future.
As a side note Rival live support is really bad. One would be better off banging their heads on a brick wall because at least that burns 150 calories an hour! Why does it take so long to pay out to Quicktender and does the casino not even care that a loyal depositing customer is so unhappy that their patronage is lost?

5 days is just too slow. Perhaps when they are down to their last 50 customers they might begin to realise that making people wait nearly a week is a poor show. One thing is for certain, unless they radically improve their cashout times, they will be out of business, as I can't see many customers tolerating this for long.

The casino could process these withdrawals quicker, they just choose not to. Players could also choose to get paid faster, by uninstalling the casino and going elsewhere, such as Osulle has done here.

    Exclamation

But these 5 business days are always normal for alle rival casinos, so i only play on Slotocash and Box24 Casino, because they both make withdrawals within 24 hours!

I agree 100%. I'm going through the same thing with Vegas Regal. Submitted Tuesday and still waiting. I can live with 5 days just tell me that up front. Don't process some after 48 hours and some on Sundays and then only process them at the 120th hour of a business day. Consistency is what I am looking for.

My new policy is to NOT play at a casino I have a withdrawal pending at. And I agree the Live support can be frustrating but their call volume has to be ridiculous. Maybe the individual casinos should consider taking better care of the customers they wish to keep. I've contacted two Rival Reps here (Vegas Regal and Tradition) and it took two IM's to get Nick to reply and I have yet to hear back from the rep from Tradition and I never heard back from two emails I sent to support.

I'm pretty much finished with RTG, MG sucks for US, so I turned back to RIVAL and I get this. That only leaves 3Dice and my luck is spent there. Maybe I should just take the 6 hour drive Biloxi. I would get instant cashouts, free room and meals, free booze, and the people there treat me like they want to keep me as a customer.

    PD

    Really?

I've made my last cashout on the 20th January, but it's still in processing, although it's not any problem for me, because it's from a free chip and i even have now 2 another free chips in my cashier

Vegas Regal withdrawals can take anywhere from 1-5 business days. I have encountered them all. I think their processors only handles withdrawals on certain days. Surely not good enough but my withdrawals are usually very small so I dont really mind as I know they definitely pay.

See, I can't live with five days, so I don't deposit at Vanguard (or some of the Top Game casinos that can take routinely two weeks or more), as I have had the same issue. Can't do it, sorry. Two days tops, or no thanks.

Ironic that I play at Slotpower, their sister casino, and have no problems getting paid.

I do agree with you if there was consistency, that would be an improvement. If you know precisely when you are going to get paid, then that makes it easier to deal with.

I'm a relatively new player at Vanguard. After 4 or 5 deposits -- spaced out over a few months -- all using my ewallet, I finally had a decent session and made a withdrawal Jan 11. I didn't remember whether I had sent ID docs or not (I had a hard drive fail and lost saved emails late last year, so I had no way to check). So I waited. And waited. Jan. 16 I emailed them asking what was up. No reply. Finally, Jan 18 -- I received an email stating they needed docs. Sent docs same evening. Received my withdrawal into my ewallet Jan 20.

A week delay in merely requesting necessary docs is inexcusable. Such long waits smack of intentional foot dragging and make (me!) the player nervous. Because if they're intentionally delaying payouts, we have to ask why? If they are NOT intentionally dragging out the process, they still have a problem and it's not a hassle that I, as a player (with options to play elsewhere) want or need to contend with.
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

Its osme crazy thing with Rivals. I had one particular Rival, the withdrawal was reversible for 5 days, until the documents were requetsed. They then wait a couple days. Once accepted another 5 days to make the first withdrawal.

I dont mind the wait, but why cant they just pay out fast?
