RTG casinos ... server problems??

Couldn't deposit at Grande Vegas or InetBet...

Went to Aladdins Gold, lobby loaded ok, deposit went thru fine, but can't play any games... "Unable to connect to server"

Sheesh.... Guess I'll go watch the Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction....

I am getting "unable to connect to server" errors at inetbet. It was working fine a couple hrs ago. Lobby loads, cashier loads, etc, but the games don't.

Hi Guys...

Just wanted to let you know that you might want to watch the Warlock Spell game tonight. I was playing at Lucky Red and had about $39.00 when it went in to the bonus round. It gave me I think 10 spins and while it was spinning it hit the books again and retriggered the free spins. I then got 15 more spins but it did not add the spins to the previous spins...it just retriggered the spins at 15. Then, during the bonus round I won a little over $79.00 and when the free spins stopped it didn't add it to my previous $39.00. I was on auto spin before the bonus so it had to finish but I did report it to one of the chat people and they did a ticket on it. I just left the game and logged out for a little bit. I am sure it is a software glitch but I wanted to let you guys know to pay attention while playing. I don't know if it is just on that game or if it could happen on others. Sometimes I get to playing so fast I don't watch the way I should, however when I won during the bonus I did. Nice casino though..and the people are nice.

Good Luck on that. I reported a game at Diamond Dozen whilst playing at Alladins Gold but the live chat guy insisted there was no problem. I persisted and then got an email from support telling me that they would look into it. That was 2 weeks ago. Complete waste of time.

I did the same thing and was told that I would hear from support however I haven't heard a word. I wish we could look at our gameplay with RTG software like we can with microgaming. I wish we (USA) players could play the wagerworks games or whatever they are called...with Monopoly....that would be fun.
