    Buzzluck withdrawal

I made a withdrawal to Neteller at 2.50pm on monday 11th Jan and am still waiting.

I have been unable to get a hold of live help as every time i try, i get the message that the chat hosts are unavailable and to leave a message.
I emailed yesterday and have had no response from that either.

I know that they are not trying to run from me as its only a small withdrawal and I'm not worried about getting paid, it's just the time it takes.

What bugs me is that i have never seen a fast withdrawal from them.
Every time i am able to withdraw, i ask if i will see some of that buzzluck super speed that people had commented on when buzz first opened its doors and every time i got the same response that being...everyone has been winning here and because of that, we have a backlog of withdrawals.

I was told they try to pay people the same day but sometimes it can take 1-2 days max.
From memory i had one withdrawal that took 1 day and the rest took 2 business days and this last one is approaching 3 business days.

I know to a lot of you this is no problem but for me it is.
I will not play at a casino which takes longer than 24 hours for a withdrawal to neteller as i have made it a rule of thumb from stupid mistakes made in the past with reversing and the regret that follows. So i just don't put myself in that situation any more.

I gave buzzluck the exception as i thought it would be just a one off thing now and then but not the norm.

Has anyone else been experiencing the same thing or maybe even the reverse? Also has anyone had trouble trying to reach live help in the past 2 days? Maybe I'm just not on at the right time.

In any case, i have decided to stick to the RTGs that pay me faster ie; inetbet, titan, allstar. I have never waited longer than 24hours with any of those and it also costs me less as I'm not playing in euros.

I would like to say though that Buzzluck is great and i like their promotions and the staff are excellent. This is just a personal choice and not an attack.

    Sometimes we get it right:

We look forward to soon completing this massively prolonged transition and getting Buzzluck's service levels back up to where they belong.

All I can do is apologize for the delays and look forward to way better days coming in the very near future.

Not sure why you posted that link in reference to my situation as DemonUK got paid and you stated he would of been paid even earlier if there wasn't the mix up, so why haven't i been paid?
I made my neteller withdrawal on monday
I also have still not been able to contact live support or had a response from my email sent a day and a half ago.

I am not sure I buy the backlog of withdrawals as a valid explanation for a delayed payment. It certainly does not explain the lack of response to the email you sent them. There is really no excuse for having no response to an email for 3 days.

It is a fact that more money gets pumped into a casino than what comes out of it. By saying they have a backlog of pending withdrawals awaiting processing looks good for the casino as it tells players that everybody is winning in their establishment, and that it is the place to be. But how true is this? A player can hardly dispute this claim.

More likely explanations for a backlog would be limited staff, IT problems or inefficiency. But these are hardly explanations the casino will give to the player for obvious reasons.

It's only been 36 hours and counting since i sent them the email, but still that is a long time for email support.
I have also been trying since monday to get a hold of live help to no avail.
It's like the lights are on and nobody is home...or maybe as the unavailable message says...'they are off playing craps again'.

I was a bit sus about the excuses i got also but gave them the benefit of doubt as i did tend to play on tuesdays and thursdays when they had promotions running so i thought maybe it could be possible that more people where playing when i was. I thought i just had bad good luck

Has anyone else had a withdrawal this week to neteller, if so how did it go?
And furthermore has anyone been able to use the live chat support this week?

And i don't get why alexbuzz would point out he sorted out DemonUK's withdrawal but then just apologize to me about my delay.
Hopefully he just wasn't in the office at the time, but still it would be nice to have some light shed on why there is no customer service available.

Maybe this thread has something to do with the delays and CS issues?

If that is the reason, then IMO if they cannot provide adequate player support and timely withdrawals then they shouldn't be taking deposits until they are fully functional again. It's not fair and it puts the player off ever returning as in my case.

Sadly I have seen this kind of thing before, start up is great then slowly things start to slip. The odd slow withdraw, then a few more and a few more. Sure the casino in qs will have a legit reason for a delay on payout. Same as I do for where I will and wont play at. If a cash out takes more than 24 hours to process I never deposit there again .. ever. Unless its xmas day or some other major holiday. 24hrs or less can and is done and should be the standard if your docs etc are all in order. Anything over that in my view is a pile of horse shabiz. Thats just my own view - and each casino operates to there own standards, same as I play as a player to my own set standards.

Sorry for the delay, RR. You've been paid.

I'm surprised at a lack of EMAIL response.. you can always ping me here.

Thank you Alex. I knew i would get paid at some stage but never thought it would take this long for a neteller withdrawal from you guys.
I do understand things can happen sometimes and there can be delays but to be kept in the dark and no support what so ever for almost 5 days is outrageous.
I hope in the future you will once again be the supercasino you started out as, or as i heard even better and if that happens i will be back.
