    Current/Recent Withdrawal Speeds?

In 2009 I only used casinos who paid in 24 hours or less to e-wallets. However I started 2010 by joining a new casino for me Slots Oasis, and a few days ago played at Buzzluck due to winning a Trivia question prize (Thanks Buzz!!).

At SO I deposited by debit card made the WR and the resultant withdrawal had to be made by Wire Transfer. This was approved on 2nd Jan and their T&C state 6-10 business days for this method confirmed by Louise. I know this is only the 7th business day, but I can't help but thinking I will be getting more twitchy with every passing day. At Buzz, again I made the WR and put in a small withdrawal request to Neteller, now in the past (from a poor memory) they have paid me in 24 hours. Their terms state 1-2 days to neteller, again no sign yet.

Does anyone have any recent experiences with these methods at the two casino groups above, ie are they paying within their stated timescales at the moment. The situation with the wire is if it hasn't arrived by Friday it is then late and it is the start of a weekend so nothing will get done till the following week and the fear of being asked to wait another 6-10 business days is at the back of my mind. All this waiting around for over £600 is driving me mad.

    Hi

You made your WD request at Buzzluck on 11 Jan at 12:22am; it would have been paid now but the email address you used at Buzzluck is different than the one you used at Neteller so flags get raised and your account rep will contact you to confirm emails etc.

    Cheers

    Alex

You're right it is different, however this was not a problem for you on my last withdrawal. I have had no contact yet, so I will email myhost now. I hope you are not going to reset the time I have to wait. My main email address is registered with Neteller, I have an alternative one for my casinos. Its my way of spotting who may be selling on my email address.

    Thumbs up

Wow, thanks Alex. It was in my neteller account no more than 2 minutes after I emailed confirmation of my neteller email details. Thanks.

Its a shame you can't speed up my Wire Transfer from SO I am sure everything will be fine, but when something is going to take 6-10 days you do get twitchy as you near the top end of the timescale with no sign of it.
