    playtech card withdraw problems?

definately hasnt been a good week for me at any online casino, and not due to losses...

obviously from my recent topics theres been a mix of bad things i have come across recently including clueless support staff, payment stalling, unfair reverse periods, and that thing with the "reserved" deposit to a casino in my bank account putting me overdrawn, but now it seriously has turned into an infamous game of "deal or no deal", the type of game where every round noel says "this is the sort of game where you finally think you are getting somewhere, then wham, out goes the £250,000, then the £100,000 and then the £75,000"

the main withdraw im still waiting for a week later (after documents galore, etc), still hasnt arrived. Its a big waiting game... even after waiting patiently through the period that i could still reverse my withdraw (3 days :O :O !!!!)and a few days more, still nothing,

The withdraw has 1 minute been sent to be paid via my prefered payment method (solo card i deposited on)... 2 days later it hasnt been sent due to " an issue withdrawing to some credit cards at present"

this is a very similar thing that happened to me at the awful playtech "stanleys circus" casino (im not going to bore people with the full story about them again because iv said it 100 times, but the bottom line was i was tricked into thinking i had to meet bonus WR cause withdraws kept failing, and there was a strange bonus added to my account, once money was all lost trying to meet the "WR", i was only then told the bonus was a mistake by them, it had been taken off my account instantly and their card payment system had issues, thus it was declined)

what i wondered concerning that though was is this something playtech casinos have problems with (paying out via card)? very strange they can take my money via card fine, but when it comes to withdrawing via card an "issue" crops up preventing them paying me, of course as i mention this has happened 2/2 times with playtech withdraws at 2 casinos but i suppose at least this 1 has had the decency to tell me in advance...

    edit:

wow and i cant believe this... all of my withdraw has been sent back to my casino account... thus meaning more than likely if i try to withdraw again i'll have to wait another 3 days where i can still reverse it before they even look at my withdraw

The procedure by depositing sent money to your credit card is long. It does not only depend on the casino, but it is possible that after the casino send the money to you, the card company processes it very slowly.

They are playing games with you by reversing your money back into your casino account and not explaining the problems. If it WERE simply a matter of temporary issues with paying back to your card, they do not need to reverse the money back, just process it when they have solved the issues, and hopefully keep you informed so that you do not think they are merely stalling.

It now looks like this IS merely a stalling tactic, making the process so drawn out that eventually you will lose patience and play it all back, at thich time they will tell you the problems have been solved, and you can safely deposit again

As you are in the UK, call their bluff and ask for a cheque instead. It will take a while, but gives them less leeway when it comes to stalling, since once the cheque is sent, they cannot reverse the money back into your account.
Tell them you will ONLY play again once you have received your withdrawal.

When you DO receive it, uninstall the casino, and make THEM come begging.

thanks again for the reply mate,

yes im starting to highly think that, making we wait 3 days where i can still reverse it, then putting the money back into my account, now making me wait another 3 days where i can still reverse it before processing it again...

sadly (for them) because they reversed the funds back onto my account i was tempted to play again.... the result was an extra $100 up , so if anything their "mistakes" and "stalling" have lost them a bit more cash...

i had thought about cashing out via cheque (well its "bank transfer" there) which would make sence that once theyve sent it there will be no more stalling as your rightly say, but according to the withdraw page for this it says they can take up to 21 days to process and send it

i have selected bank transfer instead last night (because i dont want to wait)... i asked them due to this mess up being all about their "system issues" it should be only fair they process my withdraw right away instead of making me wait another 72 hours (rightly so because iv alraedy waited that 72 hour period). Their reply however avoided the question:

"We are sorry you experienced such issues regarding your deposits and withdrawals.

However, technical issues happen sometimes and we are doing our best to resolve then as soon as possible to satisfy our customer and to prevent to wate your time.

As my colleague told you, the finance department is aware of this issue and is working on it."

so they wont even answer if they can process my request right away?... which is th least they should be doing

    edited fully:

    ooohhhh what a first...

someone at the casino phoned me up :O... which does kind of make up for a lot of troubles... a very friendly guy... explained about it all (with appologies), aparantly USD cannot be transfered onto SOLO cards anymore, so as far as its concerned that money will be transfered via bank transfer asap

shame it took a while, but it shows it does pay to complain if something isnt right, glad they sorted it

right now i think an ice cold beer is much needed
