I don't always get one. Often if I have had a withdrawal or two (even if they did not exceed my deposits) I won't receive one. So it's kind of no news is good news sometimes

I have never rec'd a manager bonus or any other kind from inetbet. At other casinos w/similar software, when i have a really bad streak, i just go to live support and request a freechip. I don't see live support anywhere on inetbet. or am i blind? i would really love a bonus for all the bad luck i've had there considering the numerous deposits i've made. anyone know how to do this? emails seem to go nowhere. too bad because i like inetbet's low min deposit rate.

I would resend an email to them, to the Promo guys, thats strange if you have made alot of deposits and never recieved a mgr. monthly bonus or anything

Its a very nice thing that Ms. Emily does each month imo

the only email i know for inetbet is the support@ email, which they seem to ignore.

am curious though, if this is one of everyone's fave casinos, isn't it weird it has no live customer support? i thought maybe they were just offline but i have played enough times now that it seems there is no live support ever.

No live chat and no phone service, thats the only drawback, but i have never had them not email me back.They do pay without delay

Plus there one of the few casinos that once you've submitted your authorization documents. Your good to go versus having to submit them like 7 times over like some casinos.
