"Free Spins..'?'"

Hey everyone..I have an issue and am wondering if anyone else has had this issue as well? Ok, so I have been away for several months, I haven't had access to a computer so I come home and after checking umpteen emails see I have free spins at a casino, some on Break da bank, and some on Pedal power..same casino. So, I call to query whether these spins are still applicable and am told yes they are waiting in my account. I play the spins out on bdb, and continue to try and use the ones fron pp, but pp will not load. So, I try to log off/on, exit/return, reinstall, went through all my files to make sure some weren't being left in my hard drive and being missed, but no way no how can I get this game to load. Then after reinstalling for the 5th time, 'and now it's not even about the spins, more my curiousity' almost all the video slots are taking over an hr to load. Now, I'm thinking, ok, maybe they are freezing it on me? I have no idea, but I check all my other casinos and even reinstall a few, but have no other problems, so I email this casino and ask what the problem may be? I am told that they would forward to the tech dept and I would hear back, but that was about 4 days ago. I haven't heard nothing. So, I am wondering, has anyone else had this particular problem wih free spins? Before I jump the gun on this one, I thought I should try to find out if it might be a tech issue. Thanks, and any feedback would be appreciated.

Oh and another issue I just had was I played at a brand new casino today $1500 & an hr to win, and after about 1/2 hr hit $2400, then another $1400, and lots of $150's $75 and $30 wins, I played non -stop and the only hold up was a few times after spinning the reels kept going for several mins, namely after I hit the $2400, never before, then I go to claim my winnings '$2700 total' but am told I didn't meet the wagering requirements, I found this hard to swallow as I bet $15 each spin and played non-stop except for the times when the reels didn't stop when they should of. I emailed and am waiting to hear how someone is a actually supposed to win then.
