Comp point redemption rate at Casino Titan and other RTG's?

Hi all. What are you getting for comp redemption rate at Casino Titan? It seems somewhere along the way my comp point redemption went from being $1 for every 100 points to .50c. My accumulation rate is 1 point for every $5 wagered. When I first signed up 1000 points would redeem at exactly $10. Somewhere after I had been a member for awhile I noticed that they started being redeemed for 50% of that. Infact, when I was made a supposed VIP, the manager awarded me 1000 points and I redeemed these for exactly $10.

I hope I'm not making too big of a deal about this but to suddenly change this and not tell me, then for them to deny anything had changed and that the manager could not adjust it just does not sit well with me. It is a burr in my saddle, considering that their wagering requirements are 25x on D+B, where I can go play at the Rushmore group, only have to play thru 20 x D+B and my point conversion rate is a straight $1 per 100 points.

As a VIP at Rushmore group (Cherry Red) I get bigger bonuses, less playthru and better comp redemption. Am I missing something here?

Last time I redeemed 10,000 points at Cherry Red I got $100. At Casino Titan I got $50 for same points.

So, I thought I would see how this compares to what others are experiencing, so feedback is appreciated. I can't believe Casino Titan would let something like this drive away customers, but apparently it doesn't matter to them. I have tried to address it on several occasions and could not get a satisfactory answer. So, now I bring it to this board for discussion. To me it feels like shennanigans. I'm also not sure who is the real manager, the VIP manager or someone else. When Faith was there I asked this question and never got an answer. Now it's Neil and I don't know what capacity he has either.

Club World is the RTG that gives me the best comp rates. I don't know what it is but it's pretty good. I know that when I redeem them, I get whatever they say. 1000 in comps is $10. They seem to accumulate pretty fast too.

Casino Titan sucks as far as comps are concerned. If my comps say $10, I get $5. Don't know if mine have ever been anything but that.

Well, I used to like them and have won there, but unfortunately they seem to go the way most of these newer RTG's go and they stop caring and look for ways to shaft the customer. This is a big deal when the house already has a big enough edge. I was a frequent depositor there, but for as much as I've played, and for being a VIP their bonus program sucks compared to what I get elsewhere. Maybe when they start going 200% on my weekend deposits and 75-100% on my weekday deposits then I might try them again....that is if they don't dump my payout % again, but that's a different story for a different time.
