    Supercasino - The best!!!

Id like to give my review of my recent experience at supercasino...

    1stly my wins/losses:

    1st deposit - £25, cashed out £202 (paid)
2nd deposit - £10, cashed out £15 (not long requested)

They are superb. As featured on sky tv and freeview (chan 48) i have had the best experience there

The bonus for joining is top notch. They give you 100%, however it isnt put in your account right away with nasty forced WR's (you can still withdraw at any time without losing your bonus). You get it there and have 14 days to meet the WR (£1000 for me) iv made 2 deposits and im really close to getting that bonus added to my account.

Next as for the games. Slots arent the best (my preference i dont like thoese type of slots) however live tv blackjack is simply great.

You bet on 1 of 3 hands (up to 3 that is). The game is played continuously until each had has either busted or is at last 19 (then auto hold comes into play) so you can stick/hit at any point and it will play the extra cards regardless so you can see if your choice was the right choice. Which imo is the best and fairest way to play blackjack (extra thrills of it and a really good chance of winning). I actually had plenty of hads where i stodd at 12 or 13, the next card i had would of been bust. Then the dealer bust muhahhha

Concerning Withdrawls. What can i say?

What about the asking for id (passport etc) factor? thats where a lot of us are stumped right? where casinos will take our money happily, then we go to withdraw and they ask for all sorts of id (if your like me and dont drive/never been overseas then your cream crackered).

Instead of that they send a withdraw activation code to your address with your welcome pack. You simply enter the code and are free to withdraw. There is no minimum however if you withdraw under £10 they charge £1. Mine took 2 days to arrive.

In the 2 days of waiting for it to arrive i was previously at just £71. I decided to play again a few times. Obviously as mentioned £202 was my final cashout.

They were VERY quick at processing my withdraw request also. I requested it on the 23rd of this month. I checked my bank xmas day and there it was. Even with the busy holiday period.

They also have reward points. £1 = 1 point. However the cheapest item is around 5,000 or so points but i suppose if your a pretty hardcore gambler you could wager over £800,000 over time and get a hd tv .

I have to say overall a very very decent casino. Fast payouts. Excellent and very fair live games and i even emailed for autographs of their nice (well ok, hot chick) presenters which they are sending for free.

I really think the last time i found a decent casino like this was nedplay (where i made £180 profit)

simply the best especially if your a roulette/blackjack player

    Are you insane?

You've been a member here a lot longer than I have, yet even I know that ludicrous T&C's are NOT welcomed here.

Took a look at their website and on the promotions page I see these:

    'Welcome bonus up to £250'
Open an account today and we will give you a bonus equal to your first deposit. To qualify, you need to register, make a deposit with us online and play through that amount 40 times. We will then add the bonus amount to your account within 24 hrs. The standard bonus free credit amount is calculated as 100% of your first deposit, subject to the fact that it will be calculated based upon a maximum first deposit amount of £250. Some promotions may allow for the bonus free credit to be calculated at a rate which differs from 100% - where this is the case all the other regulations in this section will apply.
So sign-up today to take advantage of this outstanding offer.

To make this clearer: if you deposit the max (£250), you have to use your own money and wager a total of £10,000, BEFORE you get the bonus.

    WAIT, I'M NOT DONE!!!

After you get the bonus, you have to wager it 40x before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable.

    HANG ON, THERE'S STILL MORE!!!!!

    10) You must meet the total stake criteria within 14 days, where after the bonus will be revoked.

    I'M STILL NOT DONE YET!!!!!

This is part of the additional T&C's associated with this bonus:

    7) Once the deposit has been made and the bonus free credit amount allocated, customers must stake an amount equal to forty (40) times their bonus free credit before the bonus free credit amount is converted to cash and transferred to their account. Currently the bonus free credit is only available to Live Roulette and Live Blackjack players. Classic Online Games are currently excluded from this calculation

Slots and video poker players get NOTHING!!!!!

    The other stupid bonus:

    'Free £20 For Existing Players'
From time to time we send selected existing players a "£20 for free" special offer voucher - these are limited period only offers for existing players only.

To qualify, you need to have played Live Roulette for real cash at some point in the past. We select players at random so look out for emails in your in box or mailers through the letterbox.
Once you get the £20 in your account, the cash is totally real however the only condition is that you play through that amount 40 times before it can be withdrawn. Just like the bonus money you received under our "Match first deposit offer" when you first joined.
This is a free special offer to our valued players - good luck!

So...you must play roulette at least once in order to be eligible for this bonus, plus the 40x requirement is still there.

And finally, my favorite of their stupid terms (applies to both 'bonuses'):

    2) You must be over 18 years of age and resident in the United Kingdom to avail of this scheme.

So slots and vp players, as well as NON-Brits, feel free to play at this casino, but as far as they are concerned YOU are a second class citizen.

    Guess what sparkz?

Just curious, why in the world would you deposit 10 and w/d 15?
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

OMG they are just about the worst signup terms Ive seen....although it might be attractive to the BJ/Roulette players who are normally subject to greater WR (if they can even get a 100% bonus)

I cant believe you cant qualify for the bonus via slots etc........great marketing and management . At least we know where the consultants that worked for Enron are now.

the thing is the bonus isnt all that important, however, whats worse? having a bonus they offer, or being stupmed with a bonus on your account that prevents you withdrawing until the WR is met?

i know what i would prefer, with that £177 profit on my 1st withdraw. If i had a bonus that was already added to my account and wouldnt let me cashout until i met the WR i would not of met the WR and would of lost all of it. Afterall I have been a member on about maybe 50+ casinos over the years. Many i have had bonuses with. However only once have i ever met wr on any casino (nedplay).

The reason i deposited £10 and withdrew £15 was because that £10 lasted a while there, i had my evenings fun and since im not going to be around properly all week im better off cashing it out until i decide to play there again

@sparks, the problem with the bonus is that once you are able to meet the WR to get it, you have to wager it again before you can withdraw anything

I am pretty sure the original poster mean't deposit 10 cashout 150. As his first deposit he cashed out 202 from 25.

Also by cashing out only 15 he would not even make the minimum withdrawal amount.

ahhhh, i didnt know that, i just thought the WR has to be met out of your own money. Then you get the bonus amount and can withdraw that also (theres a few casinos that do that).

Definately made me think of "cyberslotz" i played on years ago, because i was given a £50 bonus on my account, which needd me to wager a certain amount to get the bonus. I got to £300 and only needed to wager £48 more for the bonus to be added on my account. It was a no lose situation. I remember thinking at the time "right i need £48 worth of wagers, so even if i lost all £48 in bets the least i can cashout with that £50 is £302, but for every win the minimum £302 goes up and up" then surely enough after £48 of plays the bonus was put into withdrawable money and i cashed the lot out with no problems.

there was another time i remember playing somwhere with a monopoly slot game and they have a similar kind of bonus.

thats what made me think it was like that because its odd that a casino with a reuptable tv channel would make you wager your own money 40x to even get a bonus, then have to meet another set of wr's to get it into real money

nope i did mean 10 deposit cash out 15, but that again was due to at 10:30 the blackjack channel shutdown, since im away for a few days and wont be playing again until the new year i thought i may as well cashout what was in my account. They dont have a minimum withdraw limit. But if you cashout under £10 they wil charge £1 admin fee...

    redgarding the bonus

i read the terms a minute ago again

"Once the deposit has been made and the bonus free credit amount allocated, customers must stake an amount equal to forty (40) times their bonus free credit before the bonus free credit amount is converted to cash and transferred to their account."

So thats right what i was saying about the "no lose" thing that happened at "cyberslotz"

from the looks of that, once WR has been met (bear in mind you can withdraw at any time) they "bonus" is transfered to your account as cash and can be withdrawn.

and by the looks of things if you dont make wr after your 1st deposit (i.e you lose it all of win a nice about and cashout) you can deposit again and continue to try and meet the wr
