How do I get rid of E-Players Card ?

Some time back I had inadvertently downloaded the e-players card and am constantly having it self download again and again. If you go to the site it has a link to uninstall, but when I click on it there is no such uninstall link, just the enroll page. Now this has been going on, off and on for a year. I have uninstalled everything that has casino in it's title, I have gone to my regedit and deleted the e-players card many times from there. And still it comes back. It pops up in the middle of everything all the time and is very frsutrating trying to get if off my computer permanently.
    Any suggestions?

Try allowing it to fully install. Then reboot in safe mode and do the uninstall and registry key removal from there.
You may also try going into your firewall's white list and move the program/site to the black list.

Okay, but I haven't been able to find an uninstall for it. The site it comes from has a bogus uninstall link.
I hadn't thought of or tried the safe mode or the firewall, so I will give your instructions a try.
    Thanks so much!
