The end of Microgaming Live Dealers ?

seems like something happens to microgaming Live Dealer services. During the last 2-3 weeks several
microgaming casinos has removed it including Jackpotfactory, Crazy Vegas, Players Palace, Casino Share. In november
Fortune Lounge has also removed the Live dealer games.
No reasonable explanation was received from these casinos support. Since I liked live dealer games very much i was
really dissappointed. Anybody have any information about what is going on here?

The MG's Asian-style live casino has no market in non-asian markets. I like the new Gold version live casino at Canbet. You can go there and have a try.

Fun88 and 188bet also have MG live casinos. They support europeans very well.

The Microgaming live casino looked very dated, so it wouldn't be a surprise if they have dropped it. They didn't even have blackjack - it was always 'coming soon'

Over the last year, it seems like many European casinos have started to use better platforms for the live casino games.
Mainly the Evolution Gaming software which comes from studios in Estonia, and looks fantastic in comparison.

    Hi MrJones,

We did have some downtime over the past couple of days, as we are moving data centers.

Could you please try this again, and let me know if you're still getting the error, and also, if you could let me know where you are logging in from (home page, Viper client) and at which point you get the error, I'll be happy to have a look.

I tried it this morning, and could log in fine.

    Regards

Ah, I see what happened here.

We recently launched our new Live Games Gold software.

This isn't launched from the VIPER games lobby, such as the old Live games software. For some reason MGS didn't remove the link from the lobby after removing the games (thanks for pointing it out to me. I'll get it fixed right away)

If you click on promotions in the VIPER software, it would take you to a section where you could launch the Live Dealer from. The new Live dealer can also be launched straight from our casino home page, so you don't have to run through the VIPER to play. It's completely web based.

Please note however, to register an account, or do banking, you would still need to do it from the actual casino. MGS are working on integrating these features as soon as possible.

The new software features Roulette as well as Baccarat, and should have Blackjack added very soon.

I hope this answers your query, and if you have any more issues, please feel free to email me on schalkv{at}yki-au{d0t}com.

    Regards
    Schalk
