VIP Lounge Casino?

I did a search on this casino and cannot find anything on it. It says VIP is not recognized. Is this a decent casino or do I need to be very wary?

The RTG VIP lounge is as rogue as it gets, stay far away from it!!

There also exists Vip Lounge Casino from the Jackpot factory group.
It is MG, but it is by invitation only(cfr Club Rouge of 32Red)
