quirk/glitch in new Naughty or Nice jackpot, casino titan?

if i play this game a while, the jackpot starts around around $5,326 and quickly advances penny by penny up to about $5338, then back to where it started to repeat again. Is this a glitch or is that how the straight jackpot games work?

I've seen this at several RTG's, the jackpot will fly up to a certain amount then reset back to what it started with when you opened the game. I guess to give the illusion of alot of people playing

I'm a bit puzzled on how these jackpots work, as it seems they are not random jackpots, but progressives.
You need 5 wilds to hit it, but I cant find anything about the betsize, do you need to bet max. to hit it?
It would be a bit unfair if the amount you win stays the same, no matter if you bet 25 bucks or 0.25 per spin.

And its indeed always around 5K, can't believe it hits every hour..

i've seen also this glitch on every new RTG casino at the very first days of starting.

the Random jackpots grow up very fast and goes back to the starting number, but after some days it should be all okay, although i find it also not good, because it looks not really very trustworthy for a casino, when this always happen
