Betfair - Moneybookers payment problem

I just deposited 70€ via moneybookeres at betfair, but I dont have any money on my betfair account.... Do I just need to wait some time, or is this a serious problem? Please help!

Just contact there live support or email them!

I am sure they can tell you more about it then people in the forum!

BUT:
Normally, it should be credited instantly to your betfair account!

hm i must add some information:

little time before i made that deposit their page was down, but then it worked again and i made my deposit. Seems as now their page is down again. Hope my money is not lost now...
I already wrote an email to them. Cant find live support at their page, can u tell me where I can find it, or don't they have live suppport?

As far as I know Betfair Asia has no live support,email them and wait 24 hrs.I think the same as Betfair UK
