OK, since I have not landed on Earth from another planet. I know its the American Thanksgiving. I do not require a million emails from various casinos stating that today is a special day.

Today is the Tomorrow, you thought about Yesterday...so live as IT IS your last tomorrow!
I really haven't got a ton of them, but I don't play a ton of casinos. I did receive a couple of offers on the Canadian holiday.
I am however, yet again ignoring my housework to play over at 3Dice who has a very nice Thanksgiving Tournament going, and is not just for their US players.
I did play Inet's turkey freebie without success. Think I might check my mail a second time today just in case I've missed any offers.
Happy Thanksgiving to my US friends. We all should be thankful everyday.
I thought these promotions were specifically targeted to the country they are pertinent to?
Surely a Thanksgiving day bonus is for North American players?
Do people outside the UK receive bonuses for St Georges day or for Bonfire night. I am in the UK and distinctly remember getting a promotion for July 4th.
Religious festivals and bonuses are a bit of an anomaly. There are Christmas bonuses, Good Friday bonuses and Easter promotions, yet many people because of their faith dont celebrate these.
It is Eed tomorrow, anybody getting any bonuses for that?!
I can see a rogue casino now "sorry we've locked your account because we believe your an atheist and are not eligible for the Christmas bonus you have taken"
Mike
I got a mail from All Star Slots, they have a $5 freebie today for new games only.
"I feel sullied and unusual" - Captain Jack Sparrow
You are out of luck there, Muslims don't gamble - it's banned!!
Some Christian groups don't celebrate Christmas either, because it was originally a pagan festival (winter solstice).
The national holidays are really just an excuse for casinos to theme a promotion, and get some deposits. Very few limit the bonuses to the specific countries, perhaps because people move around so much, and a Brit could easily be in the US, and get miffed at not seeing a Bonfire night bonus. Halloween came over here from the US, and we get Halloween bonuses too.
I have noticed there have been fewer though, as those casinos that have pulled out of the US market no longer have promotions for July 4th and Thanksgiving.
The Christmas season usually brings the best promotions, so I am saving up![]()

Back to port for unloading.
Full Sails - before we get raided ourselves.
Just so all the "Online Casinos" know that I celebrate all of the Holidays, no matter what faith or religion they are for or I am...just so you guys know...I don't discriminate Holidays...
Feel free to share the love with me on ANY occasion!!

There were a few casinos that did not offer "Christmas" goodies last year, but did give a New Year's bonus.
But Santa, I have been a good girl, even if not a Christian. So please leave me some nice prezzies.
I actually got my first Xmas bonus of 20 free spins on Deck the Halls today. And yesterday got a notice of a Holiday Bonus of $20 valid all of December at the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Casinos and Slots and Trots. No WR or game restrictions on that one![]()
