I am waiting on a wire that was supposedly sent out 10 days ago.
I cashed out on 3/3/2010 for about $135.xx and it was processing. I waited til 3/8/2010 to contact live support about it and I guess I emailed my information to the wrong email. I sent it to the right email and they sent a email back right away about getting it. A few hours later I received an email saying it was processed. I chose the $15 mail option and I received my check today. I was surprised at how fast I got it.
I would suggest maybe contacting live chat. Hope you get it sorted out.
Well I finally get an email stating the wire was returned because "they do not send wires to third parties". The account is solely in my name. So I again sent them the account info and wait.
Now Grand Eagle is being totally nonresponsive. What a nightmare.
I have played at Gold Vegas (are they affiliated with Grand eagle?) and have had a few withdrawals which were done in a timely manner IMO. (3-6 days) Depending when the weekend falls and what kind of withdrawal is requested. They did not have QT until recently but I haven't had any play time there for a while...so I do not know what the time frame now is there.

FYI - If you have a problem with a payout, CALL rather than use live chat! I learned the hard way![]()

so whats the final vote on grand eagle yea or nay i was playing on play mode tonight forgot i even had a account there the games ran ok in play mode ,and the soft ware seams well done .
but is this casino to be avoided please excuse me if i dident get a true reading from the thread
Keep it to yourselfrockycatt but I am playing there as it is one of the few I can deposit into.
