New Tradition Casino

I know there is a thread on this site but it's under bonus issues. So I decided to start a new one here since it's not related to bonuses.

After reading the other thread about tradition I decided to give them a shot. I first took the $10.00 or $15.00 no deposit bonus a few days ago. (not even sure what it was) After losing that I also played some free play and liked what I saw. I sent Emma an e-mail explaining I liked what I read at casinomeister about Tradition and would like to play with all my docs in order first. She sent me some partial doc and explained I had to deposit first in order for her to send the rest.

So last night I made a $50.00 deposit (no bonus) so I could receive the rest of the docs before I made a serious deposit. I played only video poker. Of course with this small bankroll I only played one hand at $2.50 per hand. After a little luck and a lot of play I moved up to $5.00 per hand. I also had the ability to play $25.00 per hand but never got a bankroll big enough for those bets. Eventually I lost my $50.00.

I then sent Emma another e-mail requesting the rest of the docs. since I made a cash deposit. Today I didn't receive a response yet, but I'm sure they're coming.

Tonight I was going to make another more serious deposit regardless of docs and was looking over all the other games first. I then noticed in one of the video poker games I couldn't go over .50 cents per card or $2.50 per hand. I checked the ones I was playing last night and found those also wouldn't go past a $2.50 bet per hand. I contacted a cr and explained to Ray and asked if my limits were lowered for some reason. He said something about taking some type of bonus and it don't count for video poker. I questioned him about what bonus, I don't take bonuses. He was very busy based on the wait time for responses and we weren't getting anywhere. So I told him I'll call them later since I had something to do.

When I called I spoke to another cr who checked the games I played last night and said yes I was able to bet more last night, but today the casino lowered the limits for everyone. I asked why, and he didn't know.

I play 95% video poker and wager between $2.50, $5.00, and $25.00 dollars per hand. If I could only max bet $2.50 per hand I certainly would not even consider playing there.

I found this whole thing rather odd and I'm very happy I noticed this before I made another deposit.

I hope Emma could come here and shed some light on these changed and low limits. I also checked out the 15 line slots and they only have a max bet of .10 cents which is $7.50 per pull.

i checked my video poker limits, and i can go up to $1 for single and multi-play-my limits haven't changed at Tradition--sounds likes a mistake on their part for your account. I have experienced tradition management to be responsive, so hopefully they will clear up soon.

Just take a deep breath and relax. I'm sure they will get back to you. I suggest the next time you download a casino do it on Robwin's site. Any issues like this will be taken care of immediately instead of waiting for a reply from the casino.
