    Thanking the Casino Reps.

Hiya: imhop, If a Casino Rep. takes the time to post on this board, they should be, "Thanked" for doing so. After all, they could just send PMs to people, and unless the poster told us what happened, we would not know.

I think if it OK to bash those for are un responsive, then it should be more than OK to thank those who are responsive.....that is all.

Hiya: Actually I am going as far as to say they should be thanked, "Even if we do not agree with the decision.". It is easy to say, "Even though they played a restricted game for 1 bet, we will ignore it, and pay out all their winnings asap", It is a little bit harder to say, "Sorry to player xxxx, but rule 167, subrule 42, paragraph H, clearly states that we can do what in the hell we want, when we want", and we just did.

I would rather be told the, "Truth", even if i don't like it, or agree with it, than not to be told nothing at all.

I tend to agree. It's an important part of the community having the reps interacting with players and it really, really annoys me when I see posters being rude to them for no reason other than to vent. Not only does it put them off posting, it puts others off posting too to the detriment of everyone here IMO.

Agreed, I'm sure that anybody here who works in a customer service role will realise, at times no matter what you do, there will always be awkard, rude customers who are not aware that the previous 100 customers were all satisfied!

On occassions some of these forum reps must feel like they are on a hiding to nothing. The fact they post here is very welcoming, it provides a very useful interface for casino and player. A direct link your average player would otherwise not have.
