Hey Nifty

have you or anyone else here ever seen the following? I found it on an old yellowed paper in my father's desk after his passing. It was in his handwriting but he was a reader not a writer so I'd like to find out who said it if anyone knows. Thank you.
Nobody is Perfect -
Each of us is a mixture of good qualities and some perhaps
not so good qualities. In considering our fellow man we
should remember his good qualities and realize that his
faults only prove that he is after all, a human being.
We should refrain from making harsh judgment of
a person just because he happens to be a dirty, rotten,
no good son of a bitch. ~ unknown
