CM doesn't know whether the basis of the fraud is (see my post above):
1. multiple accounts and/or
2. connected to other accounts
3. neither 1 or 2
How can even YOU be satisfied that anything resembling the dictionary meaning of proof has been approached in this case? Multiple accounts - no multiple accounts. Changing all the time.
Why not let the OP state his own case in this fora in response to the so called proof leveled at him? Just too inconvenient or are we frightened to rattle the cage lest the truth just might escape.
..
Get off the grass Webzcas - you know damn well the reference was made to casino accounts. Opening multiple forum accounts = fraud? Get back on your medication.
Troll? Is that your best defense? Is that your best response? You got nothing left in the bag. Firing on all blanks methinks.

Hmm sorry but based on the post you reference which states this:
I have boldened the important part. You then stated this:For one thing, if a person submits a PAB, and it is determined that player fraud was involved - it's shit-canned and the member's account is closed - permanently. No one said he had multiple accounts - he is connected to other accounts
Bottom line panglos. This thread has taken up too much of everyone's time. The information provided by the player and the casino to Bryan and Max has been looked at and they have reached a decision in ruling in favour of the casino. It's multiple accounts - it's not multiple accounts- now it's back to multiple accounts.
As Max has pointed out, that information is private and is not for public consumption.
It doesn't matter what picture you try and subsequently paint. They have come to their decision based on years of experience in dealing with pitch a bitches.
Yep fair enough. I see Webzcas has taken the troll thingo down now so okay - I withdraw my slanging asides.
I've been allowed to have my say and I see the thread and comments have been left in tack for the time being. So kudos for that. I'm outta here - whilst I could say "I hope" it's get sorted I just really can't see how it can be without a major reversal from the casino in question.
..
The player had several hours of postings (he is the OP in the thread BTW in case you haven't read it) and he had PLENTY of time to justify his issue. He can't and he won't. Why? Because he probably doesn't know where he screwed up. And you play right into this... Pretty damn funny if you ask me.
Now take your ball and go play somewhere else.

But did you lie to be paid? Its only going to continue when another situation like this comes again. Its gonna come. Infact I had the same thing happen to meI agree.Bottom line panglos. This thread has taken up too much of everyone's time.Who's truth??pangloss:Yeah - run for the hills now because we getting closer to the truth.

.
Today is the Tomorrow, you thought about Yesterday...so live as IT IS your last tomorrow!
What issue?
Multiple accounts - connected to other accounts - connected to other illicit accounts?
What did the fraud constitute? What was the casino deprived of?
He can not possible "justify his issue" if the nature of the allegations are not made known and explicit.
Do you not see the logic in all of this? 16 pages of thread and still the questions above have yet to be addressed. Astonishing performance.
..
I said "just yet".
Im sure that Bryan/Max did what they had to.
Why I know? Cause if they would only listen to what Casinos have to say....no PAB would have been ever won, no one.
I thought.....let the OP back in and he will probably condemn him self.
With all the member questions and investigating skills many of the members have,Im sure that he would surely fell in a mistake and prove himself guilty of whatever fraud he has committed.( my english didnt get any better ...I know)
