Just spoke with Alice and Christina from Buzzluck via Live Chat. Can't even use remaining balance to drum up Comp Points. Have requested a withdrawal for the maximum amount. As soon as that's processed I don't think I will be playing there again. They've really gone down in my estimations.

I did ask why I never received an email informing me that their T&Cs had changed. Apparently it's been on their website for over 3 months now and that is wouldn't be possible to them to email customers every time they changed. Funny though that they can email us with deposit incentives on a regular basis. It just makes me so mad that 165euros of my winnings have gone back to them.

I lost E100,- on this new rule and instead of my comp points being reduced they where put down to zero!
But still glad I won!
The truth is.
This 20x times rule does make me less willing to deposit!
They do allow progressives to be played tho. That's a plus!
