Any new reputable Playtech's on the horizon?

With such a well known software brand it is a shame that their is only 4 that have made it onto the current accredited list. I am often reading things like "Brand new MG" or "Brand new Rival" has arrived, but seldom hear the words "Brand new Playtech"

Does anybody know if any new ones are on the horizon from reputable institutions?

    Mike

No Playtechs have requested to come on board recently. We have a relatively new Wager Works casino coming on today - that's about as close as it gets

Re: Wagerworks - when are they gonna let us Aussies play?? They are the only software provider we cant use which seems a little odd.

As far as Im aware, no entity or person has been prosecuted under any Australian anti-online gambling laws so Im not sure what they are worried about.

It's a US based company so they are ultra-super-hyper-paranoid from taking bets from any "grey' area country. They takes bets from the UK...and that's about it.

Yeah I'm lead to believe it's because Wagerworks are now owned by IGT (UK) who are fiercely protective of their land-based operating licences and won't allow anything to put those at risk. Initially I thought it was Alderney, who licence the WW casinos, but I spoke to them at GIGSE last year and they said they don't impose any country restrictions on operators.

Re Playtechs...: Bet365, BetFred and Tote are the leading "brands" IMO but "Circus" is owned by Genting who are a class act, and they also have "Genting" casino itself now - they are just left a bit behind in the choice of slots for me personally. Klub8 seem to be getting a good rep too and Centrebet are very reputable. Then there is "Mansion" and their sub-brand "Casino.com" and "William Hill" whose brand name is unquestionable, but well, playing these is a bit like walking through an Egyptian bazaar in Cairo - keep looking forward, ignore everyone and keep your hands in your pockets LOL.

Duh - Circus Casino is in the Baptism by Fire section - I was thinking they were Wager Works for some reason. They are on the road to being Accredited. You can check them out here:

just read this post, sorry to bump it up... they are probably the worst casino i have ever played at in my life...

from past experience DO NOT play at them... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE... (sad to think considering they have land based casinos as well)

I played with them ages ago, and made complaints here regarding the site...

i remotely remember the incident, i deposited with my own money to play, no bonus wanted... i played (i think my total deposit was £50) and got the balance to £200... then decided to cashout...

a few days passed and to my suprise when i logged into my account i saw that the payment had been "declined"... there was no reason for this....

anyways later that day i checked in my transactions and for some reason that day i was credited with a bonus of about £180.... i thought wtf? since i had made sure i ticked i didnt want a bonus when i signed up...

i emailed support about the declined withdraw request and still days later they didnt reply to me so i thought "well.. its only £200, perhaps thats 1 of them forced bonuses... n the reason i cant cashout it due to not meeting the WR" so of course i played on... i must of wagered over £5000 worth of bets and my balance was at nearly £400... after checking the site for their bonus WR's i noticed i had met the highest WR they require so as far as i was concerned with that forced bonus i said no to I had met the WR towards it...

for about the 2nd or 3rd time i tried to cashout... a few more days pass and its "declined" I had no reply from customer support still...

So again 1 evening i think sod it and have another go, needless to say all was gone, every penny i lost...

the next day i opened my inbox to see support had finally got back to me... they said the "bonus" was accidently added to my account and removed instantly, and explained the reason i couldnt withdraw was because they were having problems processing card requests at that time and if i had selected another withdrawl method it would of been approved..... bullcrap... what good was that? funny they only replied to me after i lost all of it...

after many discussions i demaned my email gets passed onto management for them to review and get back to me regarding the numerous errors, misleading info and mistakes on their behalf, they said they had passed it on and to be patient.... a month passed and nup, nada, nothing, no reply at all...

3 months passed and of course nothing so i emailed once again explaining the situation and im awaiting a reply from management... i got no reply and to this day i still havent...

as for their land casinos the 1 i went into was far from decent...

iv been to real casinos in manchester, birmingham, london, blackpool and other towns... which were good, this 1 however was simply poor

1st off before gambling a pint there opf cheap vile larger was a staggering £3.40 (fair enough i didnt expect a pint there to be cheap but that was like paying for a big mac and getting a tesco value burger wraped in 2 cheap slices of bread)

next i felt sooo intimidated in general there. No staff smiled. I played some blackjack, i went to change some notes into chips and all he said was "down on the table" so i placed my notes down and got the chips... very very rude guy and the way he was talking was like he was almost half asleep.

With the security they had a hell of a lot of black stereotypical "gangster roughs" maybe 20 there, they would wander around the tables, not smile, and it was like you could feel them watching you and giving you evil looks, even chip i placed down they were there, looking at me frowning like i was some kind of card cheater or something

    simply never again

Grosvenor casino still not on list?

I wanted to ask it from you elsehwere, but maybe it will fit into this thread. I always wondered why Grosvenor Casino is not in the accredited list yet? They are the partner casino of Blue Square, that is in the list now. They are run by the same company, that is: Rank.com. Even some added e-mail addresses at Grosveror in the contact section are Bluesquare addresses. I am a player there for a long time now at Grosvenor, and they always seemed a professional company to me.
