not really very helpfully in my opinion

VP has been added as an allowed game. We updated the sign up bonus and any other bonus that is constant. Nicolas, how is it that Fortune Reel and Sloto can in fact process cashouts even on Sundays and well within 24 hours but the rest of you guys can't??

Hi RobWin,

We are going to get there. Give us some time. As I said, it is one of our priorities and I think you have seen we deal with issues as fast as possible. It is just that getting everything set up to get 24 hour cash outs every day is a lot more complicated then allowing VP as a game.

Don't get me wrong Nicolas, I think you are one of the best and finest Reps that the Rival brand could possible have and you have also been open to answer questions that other Rival Reps would just say to hell with and not even bother participating in.

Are the 24 hour cashout deals that some Rival Casinos can do on a standard basis using a different processor or payment dept than the ones that can't do it? What makes it so hard to implement this?

That is probably the closest you can get to "tampering with the software", but provided the server keeps a proper record, this kind of fraud is easy to spot under audit.

Thank you for the kind words. About Rival, we use standard Rival processing. I can't speak for other casinos. About implementing 24 hour payouts, that is a big deal we want to implement, but which requires all types of considerations. I can't publicly state all the considerations, but I have PM you with more info so you understand just how much work and preparation is involved. Also, if anybody is wondering the same as Rob, feel free to PM me.

We do fortunately spot almost all the fraud. I also do have to admit it is not as easy as we have made it sound. People working in Fraud prevention work their bu**s off.
