Is There No Play on Jackpot Games for US Players at Rivals? Question?

I have a question as to why when ever I try to play a jackpot slot at the Rival casinos it gives me a message the game is not enabled, or something like that. Are we in the US excluded from the jackpot games at Rival casinos? I am certain I played a jackpot slot at one of the Rivals, but can't remember which one.
Sorry if I am posting something that may have been posted before, but I haven't seen this and was wondering about it.

Mavin, are you sure that you are not thinking about Microgaming Casinos? Microgaming does not allow for existing USA players to play the progressive games at their casinos. Rival does allow USA players to play the progressives though.

Thanks Rob, you're correct. I must have been having problems because my rival kept freezing and stalling and shutting down. Seems to be fine today and the progressive are displaying properly. It's my poor tired old computer.

This freezing and especially stalling issue has been a problem at Rival casinos for the past two years. It happens to everyones computer. It's also not actually an issue with your computer but rather on Rival's end and they do know about this but have refused to address the issue and fix it forever now...why, is anyone's guess. I have a hell of a fast computer system and it starts stalling on mine after about 20 minutes of playtime and the only way I have found to fix it is to just simply restart the casino and then it is back to normal again for another 20 minutes.

Glad to know it's not just my pc, but sad to know it's a rival issue. It is a pain to have to keep logging back on. Thanks for taking time to reply.
