The dealer is audible and will interact with what you type. If I hit a BJ and type ty, she will say something. Or ask a Q and she answers it.

I am now only going to play live, I love it and it feels different to software BJ. The cards seem similar to going to a B&M joint, rather than software generated bad loses every other hand.
