    Luxury Casino

    Hi Folks,

I received a £10.00 free chip for Luxury casino, the WR was 30x

I made the WR plus got my chip up to £136.00 I was really surprised being a free bonus chip although it was a MG software which I always have decent luck with.

Anyone have any experience with this casino? there are based in Malta lol

I know that says it all but was just curious if anyone on the forum had any experience.

here the link for the promo. I hope I can post this ok

I withdrew the balance to my Neteller account but am still waiting on it being processed. To be honest I don't expect to be paid for some reason, it would just be a nice wee bonus.

It is the same as Old Chicago casino, it was recently renamed. I have played there and have no complaints, seems like a pretty standard MG casino.

I have been receiving SPAM for this lot, so ASSUMED it was a "clip joint" and investigated no further.

I am surprised to hear it might be a "decent" outfit, MG & in the EU. What was wrong with the old name though, it confuses the issue, and can cause existing Old Chicago players to open duplicate accounts at what they believe is a new casino.
Because of the problems with duplicate accounts, old casinos should simply close, and any replacement should be GENUINELY new, with players able to be in control of whether to open an account, and NOT be penalised because a "new" casino is really a rebranding of an old one, with their account having been transferred behind the scenes.

I was a member of Old Chicago before and they sent out an email about the name change with a $15 freebie. I used to think they were part of the MiniVegas group, their promo mails are identical to the ones from the other casinos there but maybe they aren't.

I think you are right - the operator is still Malta-licensed Webbet Ltd, which was the owner of Old Chicago.

Strange that they should re-brand and start over effectively - did they issue any press material on the change, and when did it occur?

Edit - just seen Chayton's post above.

All very well, but what about players who were "dormant", and have a new email address. They would never receive it, but could well receive the BLOODY SPAM that just keeps on coming for Luxury casino, and thinking it NEW, register ANOTHER account, not knowing that they have just created a duplicate to their existing Old Chicago account that moved over to Luxury.

Luxury Casino was a POOR CHOICE too, it just REEKS of "clip joint" when you ONLY see the spam, and the rather lame choice of name. It is similar in format to "Superior casino", another frequent spammer.

Keeping the Old Chicago name, but revamping the brand, would have been better. "Luxury" is just a name, and means as little as "Gold", or VIP, (as in GoldVIPClub), and the statement "No 1 casino on the internet". All subjective bullshit churned out by nearly every casino, and merely stating what players EXPECT, but rarely get.
