Cabaret Club Casino - new or not?

We got a CD in the mail from Cabaret Club casino - it's supposed to be a new Palace Group Casino but I found an old post from 2002 mentioning them...Did the Palace Group just buy this casino from someone else?

Cabaret Club is an old MG casino that has been around for ages. You can see here from the WayBack Machine how the website itself has not really changed that much over time as far as their logo goes...

    http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://...clubcasino.com

It does have a new domain name now as www.cabaretclub.com but other than that it is still the same old MG Casino.

    Old Site from Nov. 25th 2002 http://web.archive.org/web/200212011...0&RC=106527740

    New site today: http://www.cabaretclub.com/

Even if you type in cabaretclubcasino.com it will just simply forward and redirect you to the new site cabaretclub.com

So it only appears that they have just recently revamped the website and added the new domain name.

Cabaret Club was part of the Palace Group. It was closed down at some point or at least not marketed to new players, and the website simply forwarded to Spin Palace. They must have reversed this decision.

Thanks - I wondered why if it had been around since 2002 why I'd never even heard of it.
