I just wanted to share with you my great experience with Betfred casino. I just started playing there too. I excluded myself from bonuses so I don't know what that's like, but yeah CS is really good and professional - nobody called me "hun" yet which is and their chat people aren't constantly busting into your game telling you about their special promos.

Hmmm well I'm thinking of moving casinos, so I might take a look soon. I am with William Hill (WH), who are ok. Compared to other sites like Ladbrokes and Betfair, playing with WH borders on inconvenient.

They gave me a seperate ID for playing in free mode, but I never kept the ID details (my fault I know). Thinking my normal 'real-money' ID would work, it was not accepted after 3 attempts (convinced I was typing password wrong).

I should never have danced with the devil at this stage, but I deposited £64 just so I could play a little in real-money mode. It could have been a big mistake, but I was fortunate to end up with a balance of £82.25. I've withdrawn the winnings and for the next 24 hours will decide whether to withdraw the original £64 deposit or try to play on with it until the end of the month.

Ignoring the winnings, I'm a little annoyed that my 'real-money' ID cannot access the free play. It has left me thinking about going to a new casino, especially one which does not use auditors to check that my withdrawal is valid and takes 4 days to put through (as advised by the c/s advisor).

At the same time I need to re-think my banking process. I've funded deposits with credit card. Made cash withdrawals to my Paypal. Withdrawing the money then from Paypal to my standard bank account. Finally sending the required funds from my bank account to clear the credit card. I know, awful banking procedure. I will make no more deposits from a credit card now. I think my very first cash withdrawal has finally landed in my bank account today. Now I can begin to re-pay the credit card.

I just downloaded and deposited, was a bit tricky as you have to change your cash to chips or the other way around. I had called online support as this wasn't showing up, so she told me how to do it I also asked about the 100% bonus, i only put in 20.00 and she says you have to put in 25.00, well i checked there promo and a few other places and no where does it say that. I said ok fine, i played my money, not very long for playtech, I then emailed support asking about the bonus, that was a few hours ago and nothing,, not sure i'd play there again.

I can only second that, my experience with Betfred is very good. As above said, all the annoying stuff you have with other Playtechs don't exist here. I even got a large withdrawal paid out on the next day, no withdrawal-limits and no documents asked (I deposited via Neteller)

I won 10 free dls, so i was really happy, but the money was gone in less that 5 minutes (i only play a 20 ctv/bet).
Soo... i deposit 40 dls and play again at 20 ctv. The money was gone in 10 minutes. I got 2 features, one for 2 dolars and another for 1 dolar.
Then, i got my 100% bonus...40 dls in my account. I play for about 10 minutes more, Hulk give me the expand wild feature, but it only give me 60 ctv.
I think this is a joke. I dont know about you, but i think 80 dls in 20 minutes (at a really low roll bet) its enough for me.
If you ask me, i did not reccomend this casino.

Allow me to disagree. What you said just doesn´t make a casino good or bad. There are other things to be considered.
