Kudos to Casino Titan

Well after reading a little into Casino Titan here (winner screenshots and osulle comments in that thread) and on other forums i decided it was time to give them a try.

Signed up and contacted support. i always do this at most casino's so i can find out how and what they need to verify my account.

I got hold of a friendly CS named katie. who helped me through the steps in sending my i.d. i asked her how long it would take to verify? she then informs me she is in contact with there finance department about the matter. Not 2 minutes later she comes back and said its all done :O, checked my email and sure enough it was done while i was online to live chat i have never had this happen before apart from 32red. So i must say so far im quite impressed.

Time to make a deposit and see how things pan out there

Can i ask why Casino titan is not on the CM list? as everything i have read myself has been positive. Is there something they need to do or does bryan check them over ?

I have also been wondering this for a long time since bumbling Grande Vegas (IMO) had made it so quick and nothing but problems with them and they are still on the list. I have avoided play at this casino due to some really bad ongoing cs unlike Titan which just keep plugging away happily. I find this very odd on some that have made the list and those that haven't.

Customer service is excellent. However, they seem to be much too stingy with the awarding of free chips. it's always either $5 or $10 no matter how much you have lost or deposited. I know we shouldn't take these things for granted but it really is too measly. Maybe it's just me but the slots seem to be very tight so I prefer to call them 'casino tighten'

You are right Chu, i just played and it was the pits, asked about a comp, guess the amount?...........10.00 lmao

I chatted with one of the nice ladies there and was told they are glad to have me as part of the Titan family, i had to reply back that with the bad plays there, families do get divorces or split up for awhile, so im granting myself a seperation from them for the time being till i decide if i want a divorce or not............laurie

According to the laws of Hong Kong you need to be separated for 2 years before the divorce comes into effect if one of the parties does not agree to the divorce
