This is quite an interesting move by Sega (from an industry point of view). I think we can all agree that Sega games are aimed at the 'younger' audience, so for them to launch an online Casino may be a sign of a change of direction for their business?! Fantastic brand though, I suspect they will do very well with the right team of staff behind them.

I think this is a brilliant move by Sega, because its been years since that brand and their games were on top of the video gaming world, but all the kids that loved playing those games with sega genesis are now of gambling age, and will be the first ones to signup and play at a casino that offers these games that they grew up playing! Brilliant!

Now that I can see a list of the 'banned countries', it makes complete sense. (Thanks for getting it)
All of these countries have draconian anti-gambling laws, or a portion of the Sega empire housed in them.

Don't get your hopes up. The UK, as far as Playtech are concerned, are a load of fraudsters and bonus abusers, and we will end up having to wager our deposits 100x and our bonuses 1000x

The rest of the SEGA fanbase are from banned countries, so this venture could be off to a slow start. Perhaps they are thinking of the future, and banking on a move around the world to UK style regulation from the current banning laws.

Sega were always more adult than Nintendo. But that said has been a 'brand for hire' for a long time, they couldn't stand up to the power of Nintendo/Microsoft/Sony.

No surprise, therefore, to see this new casino is just another Playtech skin, and that the Sega licences aren't actually ready yet..... My guess is that when they do show up, they'll be cheap re-skins of existing slots.

Dubai is a state in the UAE. It is not part of Saudi Arabia.

Don't mind about 100x or 1000x requirements vinyl, this casino has wagering requirement of 5.6 million , yeah you heard it right for the 400€ signup bonus if played on blackjack, and for other games its pretty freaking high too .
