Quick question to affiliates about Godaddy.com

I have recently registered a domain and website hosting with godaddy.com

I was wondering if it is illegal to post casino banners and affiliated casino links on my site while it is hosted by godaddy.com?

The reason I am asking is because I read something in their T&C about gambling, but it was worded in such a way that I did not understand if they ment hosting a casino site, or what.

Can anyone enlighten me on this?

(Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong forum, I do not have access to the webmaster part of this forum, so I did not find any other relevant place to post this.)

You may have read that in the T&C's, but I think it pertains to when you are using their 'free' hosting that they give if you purchase a domain. As far as I know it does not apply to their 'paid' hosting.

Hiya: The answer to your question is, "Yes you can". I used to have my website hosted by them, and even had to contact them to help me get the affiliate banner from captain cooks casino to appear on the site.

I had the affiliate link, the paypal link, neteller link, and my merchant acct, "visa" link, on the site. All only Gambling releated. I had it there for 2 years, and will have it again when i leave the USA. So, yes you can.
