We appreciate your honest feedback about Bodog Europe and the service we offer, and we would like to discuss your past experience and what to expect from Bodog moving forward.
As you have probably read in the press, the Bodog brand company, based in Antigua, is now a licensing one with Bodog Europe being one of the licensees. We have been working very hard over the past 6 months with various updates and releases to Bodog.co.uk with the most prominent being in the sports book where we now provide a full European betting experience. We continue working on many more exciting releases and most recently have just put live our new in-running product. For casino, we have a number of exciting plans to plug some gaps we know exist for European players.
Regarding bonuses we are working on these right now and have started to roll out all the great promotions and incentives on offer, with more to come.
For example we are offering a 100% poker reload to existing players, a brand new “Friends with Benefits” program where you will earn money when you refer friends to us and 15 days of poker where there is $15k up for grabs. Bodog europe's casino also gives cash comps to existing players based on activity twice a week. We are also working on regular newsletters to update all our loyal customers with the latest releases, promotions and news. If you haven’t seen one yet, one should be winging its way to you shortly. Those are just a few available at the moment for our regular players, but we have some existing casino promotions and loyalty schemes in the pipeline so details will be released shortly.
As for customer service, we pride ourselves on being one of the best in the industry. We have a very full and competent support staff who are available to take your calls and emails. We are also launching live chat in a couple of weeks to add an additional way to contact us when you need us most.
If you have a specific problem which hasn’t been addressed, please contact us on casino@bodog.co.uk and we will help you with the query.
1) Many players from outside the USA signed up when the "original Bodog" was around. These player accounts presumably still exist through the Morris Mohawk licensing arrangement, which is primarily aimed at US players now. These players probably want to move over to the European licensee, since this presumably will offer them products closer to home, such as more European sport, and betting in their own currency rather than the US Dollar.
To avoid accusations of "player fraud", what should these players do, and what is ALLOWED (since a few might consider continuing to play at BOTH sites/licensees)
The obvious might be simply to create a NEW account at the UK site, but this could appear "fraudulent" because they might ALSO have an account with the US facing site. Indeed, some might WANT this in order to place US sports bets, or even (dare I say it) play the BONUSES at BOTH sites simultaneously.
2) Does the European site support the RTG casino/sports/poker product in our own currencies, namely the Euro, or for the UK (for now), the UK Pound.
3) Is the POKER offering a "network", allowing players in, say, the UK site to play against other players registered at the USA site.
