Thread: Ruby royal locked my Rivals accounts

    Ruby royal locked my Rivals accounts

    Strange. I signed up at Ruby Royal and right after entering my details, I tried to log on. Immidiately got an error saying that my account has been locked and to contact support.
    Didnt have the time, so I tried logging into vegas regal - same thing there (i was loggen into vegas regal just minutes before registring at Ruby royal.

    tried sloto and vanguard wich still works. Wonder whats up and if anyone else experianced this?
    I will contact support later but just wanted to check here first!

    Happens to me all the time. The only rivals that haven't locked my accounts are Rockbet, Sloto, SlotPower. I have no idea as they won't tell me so I just ash can them and play where I'm wanted. It's not like I need anymore to deposit at.

    Accredited Rivals

    Sticking to the accredited Rivals would send a strong message to ALL the other ones that their disdain for their customers will not be tolerated. The other choice is to continue playing at these rivals and essentially let them know that they can treat players like crap. With so many Rivals now, and only two accredited, seems like the perfect opportunity for players to send a strong message.

    You would think some of these Rivals would learn .
    It is embarrassing to be locked out . I would never try to open the account again .
